I have mentioned before that I don't scrapbook my December Daily days in order. I just love to pick a page in my album and have fun with it! I make sure to have a number on the page so I know what day it was, but this keeps things less stressful for me.
I was excited to use this "You Totally Rock" with this photo. My little man got to open an Advent gift which was "Pete the Cat Rockin' in His School Shoes." Perfect fit! He laughed through the whole book. Yeah, we love Pete the Cat.
I love that I can see Day 8 through the bracket page.
My son paints an ornament for our family every year. We are doing nine this year for the nine families we are celebrating Christmas with. We try to remember to paint an extra one for our own tree! This will be the fourth year he has done one. I try to talk him into one that isn't too crazy. ;) This year's is going to look almost like last year's star. He picked a "Bethlehem" star. He told me, "But Mom, it is God's star telling us that it is Jesus' birthday!" So who could complain about that?
By the way, it was a huge mistake to get this basket with rolling wheels. By the time we got the ornaments, paint, and were heading to the front registers, he was running with that thing. I swear craft stores bring out the worst in my little man. Too much stimulation. Hey, there's too much stimulation in there for me too! Ha!
Create Well: Take the no stress approach and don't worry about your pages being chronological order. Just pick a page you like and glue it down. ;)
