Since my mother-in-law had to work on Mother's Day we visited her early in the week to give her
the gift. She had tears in her eyes. The below picture and the ones on her gift are special... last fall I found a box in her home filled with negatives. It just happened to have
every negative that my father-in-law's mother took. My in-laws had never seen some of these pictures and some of the negatives dated as far back as the early 1900s! It was like opening a window into my husband's family history.
So in March, for their anniversary, I had some negatives sent to
Scan Cafe. They restored them and uploaded them to my Shutterfly account. I ordered a DVD of the images and
decorated the outside of the case. My in-laws hadn't seen some of these photos for over 30 years. It was beautiful... Mom cried.
