It was about a year ago that I was determined to help my husband's work load and learn how to edit photos in Photoshop. I learned how to edit mostly from books and online tutorials. My husband helped me learn how to read a histogram. Then later in the year I had to learn Lightroom. I wanted to encourage you - if I can learn it so can you! Here are a few examples of the difference your photos can look (even if you have a point and shoot set on automatic!) There is a photo from a wedding I am working on right now. The others are of my sister's Christmas vacation photos with her point and shoot. You can read about the story and edit here.
