When I decorate for Halloween I usually do a Fall theme so that I can leave it up through November. It seems like a lot of work for only a few weeks, ha! I knew I wanted something to shine outside my door and Heidi Swapp's Marquee seemed like one of the best ways to do that! So, I created a base that I could have outside using an unfinished 12x12 frame.

I decorated my Pumpkin Marquee available at Kohl's and then used E6000 to glue it to the frame that I covered with scrapbook paper. I took the glass and back out so that the battery pack would still be able to peek through.
Then, after painting my pumpkins I decorated my front step.
It makes me smile every time I go through my front door!
