There's nothing like making someone's day with a little party! It's even better if it includes donuts!

I wanted to cheer up my son this weekend and he was oh so surprised with this fun donut party. It was easy to slide in the sentiment into my Heidi Swapp Lightbox! The donut icon was perfect for the "o". I also used the double track for the middle to add the "worry be" with the smaller letters. I love how the Lightbox is so easy to customize for any party!
I also used Heidi Swapp's Paper Lanterns for my backdrop. I didn't need to hang these from the ceiling for my tablescape. They looked beautiful just sitting there. I mixed white, red, and the new pink ones!
Crate Paper's "Hello, Love" collection was fun to use as belly bands and decorative flags. I love using skewers to add my flags to, in fact, I probably use skewers more for decoration than for cooking! Ha! Bazzill Basics Paper's Watermelon Sensation Smoothie Cardstock was perfect to stamp on.
I used Lawn Fawn's Donut Worry stamp set for the sentiment on the flags. I also loved adding We R Memory Keepers' Fringe from their DIY Party collection. It has adhesive backing, so all I had to do is twist the fringe around the skewer and then did the same thing on the gold American Crafts Party Straws.
I hope this little party inspired you to make someone happy! I know it was a lot of fun for our family and the kids were so surprised! We all loved it!
