How many of you have a home full of boys and just desire to create something "girlie" every now and then? I do all the time. It keeps me feminine. :)
I created this head piece with Pink Paislee's Sweetness HSN kit. I could only use items in the kit, so to create the top hat, I used the thin chipboard in the packaging of the stickers and rub ons. Waste not want not, right?
Oh my dearie, I have been watching that "What Crafters Say" video floating around the internet. If you haven't seen it, you have to. If you are a crafter, you will laugh so hard! I dig in the recycle bin all the time, or in this case, my trash bag in my studio. I realized that Pink Paislee's packaging is actually so darling. It makes the perfect background paper. lol... I like to just think of myself as "green" or one who "up-cycles." ;)
This headpiece is attached to a clip that then can be threaded into the stretchy headband. They look darling on my niece, who I thankfully have to smother in dress-up goodies. Here she is in one I created last year.
